Return/Refund Policy

a. If a student withdraws from the Nurse Assistant Program before the start of classes, a refund will be provided excluding any non-refundable fees already incurred by I.N.A b. Once classes have commenced and student has attended orientation no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in exceptional circumstances and at teh dole discretion of I.N.A

A Customer has  72 hours to request a refund before a training class starts, no refunds will be given the day of class start date.
