🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once shipped, most items arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

🌍 Shipping Regions

• Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

• If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us for custom shipping options.

📦 Package Tracking

Once your item ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

📬 Missed Deliveries & Lost Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

• Double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email.

• Contact your local post office or delivery service.

• If unresolved within 48 hours, contact us at support@internationalhealthacademy.net.

❗ Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of educational and medical products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of our educational tools, digital materials, and medical-related items, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund any items that:

• Arrive damaged or defective

• Are incorrectly fulfilled (wrong size, item, or product type)

To qualify:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Email support@internationalhealthacademy.net with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective as described above.

📦 Return Shipping

If an item qualifies for a return or replacement, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping in those cases.
